zen-g

Zen-G, a.k.a. G-money, a.k.a. G-funk, etc. etc., gets his many faces and many names from his precarious personality that shifts from a zen-like monk at times to a money man video/film producer to a funk-a-delic neo hippi (zen-money-funk; funk-money-zen; or anyway you spin it).

With 2 degrees under his belt, one in Film/Video production from Full Sail, and one in Non-profit Management from Indiana University, Zen-G sees himself making documentaries, feature films, music videos, & all sorts of creative audio/visual performances. Not only is he a film/video buff he is also a drummer, guitarist, vocalist and keyboardist. Zen-G considers himself an audio/visual guru. His passion for music and images is unending and he looks forward to a long and fruitful life full of creative pursuits.

Zen-G also has a passion for many of the healing arts of the old combined with the innovative techniques of the new. “I see there being a power that exists in many of the holistic healing methods of the east and combined with the technology of the west there can be a supreme force.” It is in this yin-yang, east-west, traditional-technological, old-new, union exists the ultimate balance of all things. It is his belief that this is where great things come from. It is in this collaborative acceptance that evolution occurs. He has come to take a deep awareness and interest in things such as local & organic foods, nutrition & food sensitivities, chi-prana-life force, breath & body work, the importance of exercise, activity, and stimulation, the negative effects of stress, alternative therapies, the incredible healing power of herbs, and the awe inspiring significance of this breath and this life.

Some of the many things that Zen-G has been involved in span from working with MTV on the reality TV series “Made” to the Environmental Education Media Project in Bejing China to playing with Baraka in Bangalore India, for the Art of Living’s Silver Jubilee 25th Anniversary International Human Values event.

Peace,
